30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All returns per this guarantee must be in their original packaging, in original condition and the ViewClix product must not show any signs of use. In other words, the product must be clean with no damage: cosmetic or otherwise.
How long do I have to return my item?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund up to 30 days of your original receipt.
Holiday Return Policy
There is extended return deadline of January 15, 2025 for frames purchased between November 10, 2024 and December 15, 2024.

When will I receive my refund?
We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
REPLACING OR REPAIRING ITEMS UNDER WARRANTY
If you received a product that is broken or defective or if the ViewClix product stopped functioning properly within the limited warranty period, please email us at support@viewclix.com or give us a call at 800-304-4281.
Upon receipt of the frame, we will either repair or replace it and we will pay the shipping cost back to you.
