ViewClix Return Policy

NOTE: This return policy is for products purchsed on our website, If you purchased at another website or location, you will need to refer to that site's return policy.


All returns per this guarantee must be in their original packaging, in original condition and the ViewClix product must not show any signs of use. In other words, the product must be clean with no damage: cosmetic or otherwise.

How long do I have to return my item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund up to 30 days of your original receipt.

How do I make a return?

The first step is to contact us:

After you contact us, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label to use.

Please note:

  1. Returns can only be accepted using the return shipping label provided by ViewClix.
  2. Returns must use the original ViewClix packaging.
  3. The ViewClix product must be in original condition and not show signs of use. "Signs of use" may also include using the product for making many video calls or uploading many pictures. The product must be clean with no damage: cosmetic or otherwise.
  4. Refunds: Returns that comply with items (1), (2) and (3) will be eligible for a refund in the amount of the original ViewClix purchase price less the shipping charge(s).  Premier Membership will be cancelled if customer has not cancelled already.
  5. Non-compliant returns: Returns that do not comply with items (1), (2), and/or (3) above may not be accepted for return and refund. However at its sole discretion, ViewClix may accept the return and offer a refund of the purchase price less the shipping charge(s) and a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is USD $50.00

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.


If you received a product that is broken or defective or if the ViewClix product stopped functioning properly within the limited warranty period, please email us at or give us a call at 800-304-4281.

  • If the product was damaged or defective when you initially received it, we'll provide a replacement right away at no additional charge.
  • If the product stopped functioning within the warranty period, we'll provide a return authorization number and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Upon receipt of the frame, we will either repair or replace it and we will pay the shipping cost back to you.
