Here’s what this update means for you and your loved one.
What changes will my senior see on their ViewClix Smart Frame?
None. Their frame will remain the same. This update is designed to help families share with and manage their loved one’s frame through the ViewClix app.
Is there a cost for the update?
No. The ViewClix app is free for families with ViewClix Smart Frames to use.
What do I need to do to get the update?
Open the Apple App Store or Google Play on your phone or tablet, find the ViewClix app, and select Update.
Will my existing photos, videos, and Share List carry over to the new app?
Yes. You’ll now be able to manage all of these in the new ViewClix app.
Can I sign in with my current ViewClix email address and password?
Yes. Your ViewClix account and password have not changed.
Will I need to reconnect my Smart Frame to the updated app?
No. Your Smart Frame is already connected to your ViewClix account. Your loved one at the frame will not see any changes.
Do I need to make any changes at the ViewClix frame’s location?
No. This update is only for ViewClix app users. There have been no changes to the ViewClix frame.
