How are ViewClix products shipped?

We ship ViewClix products using United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. The choice of service is made by the customer as the order is placed.

Please be advised that UPS suspended its UPS Service Guarantees as of March 26, 2020 and that suspension remains in effect.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Orders with Ground, 3-Day and Priority Mail service will be shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Orders with UPS 2nd Day Air® service:

Orders received before 12:00PM Noon US Pacific time will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Orders that are received after 12:00PM Noon US Pacific time will be shipped on the next business day.

When will I receive my ViewClix order?

After ViewClix ships your order, here are the expected transit times:

For orders with USPS Priority Mail service, the transit time is typically 2-4 business days depending on the shipping distance. ViewClix ships products from Oregon.
Orders with UPS® Ground service should be delivered within 5 business days.
Orders with UPS 3 Day Select® service should be delivered within 3 business days.
Orders with UPS 2nd Day Air® service should be delivered within 2 business days.

What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not been delivered and it's been 14 days after the expected delivery date, you may contact ViewClix to receive a full refund. To submit a refund request, please send email support@viewclix.com

How much does shipping cost?

All orders will incur a shipping fee as calculated by UPS or USPS.
ViewClix does not markup shipping fees.

Do you ship internationally?

No, ViewClix only ships products to United States addresses.
