Our senior (93) has been using her ViewClix for over a year and loves the ease of communicating with family members. The visual aspect of connecting with one another is extremely important for the wellbeing of our elderly. She recently went through Hurricane Helene and did not take her video frame during evacuation. Helene flooded the house and the power cord was lost. A call to the ViewClix team and they gave our loved one back their connection to the family by shipping us a replacement power cord and taking no payment. What Helene took with lots of water, ViewClix gave it back to our Mom. It is all in the kind acts - the connection. Makes all the difference. Happy that we got our loved one a View Clix Frame.

We purchased our first ViewClix frame at the start of Covid, when the nursing home my Aunt lived in restricted in person visits. I don’t know how we would have gotten through that year without it. Even after the covid restrictions were lifted we continued to use the ViewClix frame daily - sometimes twice a day for video chats. Last year we upgraded her frame to the E-frame. My Aunt loved the new addition of being able to listen to music and watch old tv shows. It was very easy to learn how to find the music and tv shows on YouTube and download them to her ViewClix frame. Any time I had questions, the response was fast and customer service was impeccable. Whether you live in the same city as your loved ones or are many miles away, I highly recommend ViewClix. It is easy for your loved one. All they have to do is sit back and enjoy the pictures, sticky notes, music , videos, and your video calls. It is easy for the family to navigate the functions of the frame; set up and daily use take little to no time at all to master and if you have questions the customer service is quick and helpful. You will not be disappointed!

We bought ViewClix during Covid to have contact with our 88-year-old grandmother. She never learned to use a computer, much less a smartphone. So, this device was incredibly simple for her to answer her calls and watch the pictures we uploaded to it. Now, the long distance family members still do videocalls often throught it. It is just simpler to call her from the app on our phone and we actually get to see her face. She often calls us to tell us that she is tired of the holiday or pet pictures, and that she wants them updated. So, we hurry and take new ones so that she has brand-new content in there, haha. She loves her device because she can show off her pictures to her guests on what her grandchildren and greatgrandson are up to. I am so grateful such an easy-to-use device was designed because it truly bridges generations together.

I am in love with this technology. As the daughter to parents with dementia, this incredible technology is alleviating my biggest concern when travelling - ensuring my parents are OK and seeing them with my own eyes. While I have hired help, there is nothing like seeing that my parents are OK to ease my stress. As a technology klutz, I thought I'd have issues with set up, but it was so easy. And Mom kept asking "what do I have to do"? And I could truly say "nothing". Photos will show up. Sticky notes will pop up. And I will call and you just have to sit there. I set it up in front of their couch, so during the day, I can say hi and they don't even have to leave the room. Mom loves that it will show the time and weather, features I didn't even know the screen had. And now I keep posting "I love you" sticky notes, which she sees! Dad loves how clear and bright the screen is (got the bigger one). I am so very grateful for this technology. And the support team - these guys are on it. Josh answers so quickly and thoroughly.....I've never felt more supported in taking care of my parents. So huge thanks and kudos for developing this technology.

We bought ViewClix frames for both my mom and mother-in-law. It is the best thing since Mom's apple pie! We live across the country. It's the ideal way to stay connected through photos and popping in for a video call to say hello whenever we'd like. My kids, nieces and nephews also upload their photos to her frame. It was definitely worth the money. Their technical support is one of the best I've worked with in a long time. They explained why I was having an issue and how to fix it. They got back to me in a timeIy manner and were very helpful. I highly recommend the ViewClix picture frame!

This is a GREAT product! It's easy to share photos, others can easier share as well, the sticky notes are so handy for reminders and it really makes face to face calling easy. Highly recommend!

I work at a Nursing Care Facility. I have a friend who knew computers well because of past profession. She is now in the care facility that I work in due to her dementia. I can’t tell you enough about how great ViewClix is working for her. She does not need to do a thing but sit and enjoy all the family pictures I have on there for her. Her longtime friends from Denver call and they can see each other and reminisce. I post music videos from YouTube that she loves to sing with. The post it notes are such a great feature too!! Her friends remind her how much she is loved!!
The greatest feature is she does not need to know a single thing about operating it. I set it up that when someone calls it just picks up for her. We just call her name and she just follows the voice and sits on her recliner and visits. ( it is facing her recliner so she can sit and enjoy the slide show). The great thing too is she loves telling people that come to her room about her family pictures.
It’s just that good!! The monthly fee is so affordable!!
Can you tell I just love it!!!
I think every facility should promote View Clix.
My friend isn’t able to use the call feature herself due to her memory but imagine all the folks that would be able to… how many would be able to stay connected!!
I wouldn’t have a single problem selling view clix to all around me…. It sells itself!!

I would suggest finding a computer mount for it. I don’t have to worry about it falling or being removed from the room.

My mother lives in Canada, I live in Florida. ViewClix allows me to put eyes on my mother every week - without her having to do anything. In addition, after we upgraded her account, she now is reminded of the day, time of day, and weather in her area every 15 minutes.
The customer service at ViewClix is outstanding! Every request I have made has been handled promptly - they have the ability to make updates to individual frames!! My mom now sees her weather in Celcius rather than Fahrenheit! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ViewClix!

I did my research on how to stay in touch with my Dad, and ViewClix had what I needed. I can check in and see him and he can see what I am doing , I have all my children join so he gets a lot of pictures and they call him and he can see all the grandchildren. It has put a lot of my worries to rest.

We bought ViewClix for my father who is both very hard of hearing and has no cell phone or computer. The best value ViewClix brings is for him to be able to actually see us when talking to read lips. He does wear hearing aids, but this is invaluable. Also, since he is not into technology this makes it super easy for him. The new monitor even has a call me message system which will be awesome for him to let us know he needs something. I highly recommend the product to everyone that could benefit from it. Last, I'll say it's a great value if you consider the price of other technology that accommodates the same features.
