Our only suggestion for ViewClix is to add captions to the video chat. Our mother is quite deaf and captions could be so helpful. ViewClix notes are the best thing ever for reminders!

Our family loves ViewClix. We use it for our 92 year-old mother who lives alone in a senior apartment. With ViewClix, we are able to video call her frequently and it auto answers so she does not have to understand technology. We also use the postage notes every day for her reminders, and birthdays and upcoming appointments. Even with some memory loss, the ViewClix keeps our mom aware of activities and family events. Whenever there is a question, customer service is very helpful. We love this technology!

We have enjoyed using ViewClix to stay connected with our Dad. It was great to use during his stay in rehab and now at home. I especially love that he does not need to push any buttons, I can call and I just pop onto the screen in his living room. I did experience some challenges with connecting to WiFi at the hospital but once we got discharged to rehab we were able to connect. I feel like the issues at the hospital were more related to IT at the hospital and not an issue with ViewClix. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

Viewclix has been the only way we can “call” my Dad and then enjoy a video conversation for the last 18 months.. His device ( we nicknamed it his “computer “) is right next to his favorite chair. Loved ones can check on Ed & if it is a good time have a conversation. Being able to share photos and videos that “ play” for Dad have brought him more joy than we ever imagined. And serve as conversation pieces for friends and caregivers as well. I recommend ViewClix several times a month to others families searching for such a device/ technology.
The team and customer service have been outstanding since Day 1.

Our family is thrilled with the ViewClix allowing our 94 year old mother, still living independently, to stay in touch. She loves all the pictures. We like that we can post reminders for her. The best feature is that we can call her without her fumbling to answer a telephone! Highly recommend ViewClix.

We've had the ViewClix device for almost 2 yrs now since we transitioned mom into an elderly facility moving her out of her home of 50+ yrs. She was not good with technology, i.e. cellphone, and when we heard about ViewClix...it was a godsend!
She gets to see us and we get to see HER every day to ensure she's doing well.
The added bonus was having the ability to also communicate with her sister in Japan, without the additional costs! :)

My mother died 4 days shy of 98 in 2018. In the last months of her life, we purchased a ViewClix--and it was a god-send.I was able to navigate remotely for her. She was struggling to change channels on the TV at that point.I was also able to view what was happening in her room at the facility and see how she was feeling while talking with her. The size of the ViewClix screen made that easy.You have a wonderful product. Thank you for making easier to connect and share time with my mother. We both were very grateful for ViewClix.

This is an amazing product. We got it for my mother who was living in assisted living and was no longer able to handle making and receiving cell phone calls. The auto answer feature is perfect, she didn't need to touch anything and we could talk. Only designated people are allowed to call in to it so there is no chance of a scammer contacting her. Being able to add/remove photos from the device's slideshow remotely from home meant we could share pictures right away. The Post-it note feature is also very useful to leave little reminders. Sadly my mother has since passed away, but we are going to set the ViewClix up in another elderly friend's apartment.

I reached out to ViewClix customer service to help me with an activation code needed to create an account. Jessica was great from the start by listening to my specific issue and helping me from start to finish so I could start enjoying my ViewClix to make calls to my elderly Mother. She was very prompt and her help was beyond my expectations. Thanks Jessica!
