Our family purchased the Viewclix for our dad and I will say it was a lifesaver. Our dad was moved to a senior living facility, independent, and he was hard of hearing. Sometimes we would call his phone and he wouldn't hear it. But we could call in to the Viewclix and it would auto answer so we could communicate with him. Very helpful.But the best part we enjoyed was the sharing of photos and videos. His memory was going and would sometimes forget who people were. He was so happy because we would upload photos of kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and locations. We would add text at the bottom of each photo of who the people were and he was so happy. Many occasions he would thank us for this gift because it helped him remember who each person was.Unfortunately we lost him a month ago but know this purchase was one of the best purchases we made. It did make a difference in his life and our lives and would recommend this to anyone on the fence or someone who just has no idea where to begin. Thank you!

We purchased a Viewclix to easily communicate with my mother of 103 who resides in a nursing home an hour away from our house. She is unable to handle a phone, so the auto answer feature is very helpful. With the Viewclix we communicate with her daily. She has dimentia and short term memory loss. I don't know what we would do without this tool. Everyone with a loved one in a nursing home should have one. It makes visiting them so much more accessible. It is like being there. At times when I call her and she is eating lunch, she will offer me food and ask me to join her as though I were there. In her mind it's like I am there.
This product is making a huge difference in the quality of care she is receiving. I can also talk to caregivers at the facility via the Viewclix screen. I highly recommend it.

My dad was in the nursing home for five years. He went in at the height of COVID so we couldn't go in to visit. The ViewClix find was a lifesaver! We were able to do video chats and to keep dad updated with pictures. He absolutely loved watching the pictures and looking for new ones. The updated feature of the weather made his day! This is a great tool to keep in touch with loved ones. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

The ViewClix frame and service has been a terrific tool for myself and siblings to communicate with our parents. My parents have often expressed this appreciation for the frame. They enjoy the photo slideshow, shared videos, and the video chats. My siblings who live near them often use the sticky note feature to coordinate appointments with our parents and get them messages. In fact, the ViewClix frame is a more trusted tool for communicating with them than phone calls. I mention ViewClix to others in conversations about challenges associated with elderly parents. I am very thankful to have found ViewClix. If ViewClix made a large frame, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it.

I bought a ViewClix for my mother in December 2019 as she was slipping into dementia. We were able to chat most days since then until she died this February at the age of 97. This was so wonderful as I lived a long way from her- and was especially helpful during Covid. ViewClix is extremely simple - it does just a few things but really well. One particularly impressive feature is the ease of doing a reset after things go wrong, like the wifi failing, or the device accidentally being unplugged. Video chatting and sharing photos brought great joy to my mother. Many thanks for such a well designed product.

This unit has been a saving grace for us. We can pop in to see what mom is doing and she enjoys feeling like we are right in the living room with her. She watched photos all day and loves sharing them and talking with anyone visiting her.

Our only suggestion for ViewClix is to add captions to the video chat. Our mother is quite deaf and captions could be so helpful. ViewClix notes are the best thing ever for reminders!

Our family loves ViewClix. We use it for our 92 year-old mother who lives alone in a senior apartment. With ViewClix, we are able to video call her frequently and it auto answers so she does not have to understand technology. We also use the postage notes every day for her reminders, and birthdays and upcoming appointments. Even with some memory loss, the ViewClix keeps our mom aware of activities and family events. Whenever there is a question, customer service is very helpful. We love this technology!

We have enjoyed using ViewClix to stay connected with our Dad. It was great to use during his stay in rehab and now at home. I especially love that he does not need to push any buttons, I can call and I just pop onto the screen in his living room. I did experience some challenges with connecting to WiFi at the hospital but once we got discharged to rehab we were able to connect. I feel like the issues at the hospital were more related to IT at the hospital and not an issue with ViewClix. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

Viewclix has been the only way we can “call” my Dad and then enjoy a video conversation for the last 18 months.. His device ( we nicknamed it his “computer “) is right next to his favorite chair. Loved ones can check on Ed & if it is a good time have a conversation. Being able to share photos and videos that “ play” for Dad have brought him more joy than we ever imagined. And serve as conversation pieces for friends and caregivers as well. I recommend ViewClix several times a month to others families searching for such a device/ technology.
The team and customer service have been outstanding since Day 1.
